I was happy to see the shipping cost was actually low, and there weren’t any weird extra fees tacked on at checkout. I think other customers would appreciate that too, especially when so many places surprise you right at the end.

Ugh. I was really looking forward to my order, but they sent me two wrong items. Frustrating. Now I have to deal with returns or exchanges when it should’ve been simple

The pages loaded fast, search was simple, and checkout didn’t drag on forever like most sites do. My items arrived without any issue, which was a relief because I really didn’t have the patience to chase another order. I like that I can shop quickly without having to open my laptop. I did finally get my money back in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but i don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon...

I’ve been liking the loyalty points so far. They actually help save a bit on my next orders, which is always nice. My sister uses it too and mentioned the same thing. Sometimes the rewards take a little while to update, but overall it’s been good.

They had a good range of products and most of what I wanted was actually available, so I’ll give them that. But one item I specifically needed was out of stock, which was really annoying and feels like something they should be managing better. Overall it was okay, but they definitely messed up there.
