"Fair shipping, no surprises"
I was happy to see the shipping cost was actually low, and there weren’t any weird extra fees tacked on at checkout. I think other customers would appreciate that too, especially when so many places surprise you right at the end.

I’ve ordered from Feel22 a few times, and the delivery has been a bit hit or miss for me. One order showed up quickly, so I thought everything would be smooth, but then another one took longer than expected and I ended up having to chase them for an update. It’s frustrating because as a customer you kind of feel left hanging, like you’re the one who has to figure out what’s going on. The items did arrive in good condition, so that part was fine. I’d probably order again, but I really wish they’d make the delivery updates clearer so customers don’t have to keep worrying

I ordered from Feel22 on my phone, i was expecting something to go wrong because that’s usually my luck with online shopping. But surprisingly, it was smooth. The pages loaded fast, search was simple, and checkout didn’t drag on forever like most sites do. My items arrived without any issue, which was a relief because I really didn’t have the patience to chase another order. I like that I can shop quickly without having to open my laptop. I’ll definitely use it again

"The Refund Saga Was Too Much"
I ordered from feel22 and ended up having to return one item because it didn’t arrive the way I expected. The pickup itself was fine, so I thought, okay, this should be simple. But then the refund part turned into a whole little drama. I had to message them more than once just to find out what was happening, and every time it felt like I was getting the same vague “we are checking” answer. No clarity, no real update. I did finally get my money back in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but i don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon...

They had a good range of products and most of what I wanted was actually available, so I’ll give them that. But one item I specifically needed was out of stock, which was really annoying and feels like something they should be managing better. Overall it was okay, but they definitely messed up there.

I ordered a few skincare things from Feel22, and honestly... the prices were better than what I was seeing in some local shops.
A couple of the products had really nice discounts, and even the ones without offers still felt fair. I liked being able to compare different brands without feeling like I was overpaying.
Delivery was fine too... nothing to complain about, but the pricing is definitely what made me want to order again. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I mostly shop on feel22 when they have discounts, i just feel like it’s worth it. I’ve picked up a few skincare things for cheaper than I usually see elsewhere, and the promo codes actually worked at checkout, which always feels good. Delivery wasn’t crazy fast or anything, but it was fine and I didn’t have any issues. I don’t know, there’s just something really satisfying about catching their offers and being able to buy a bit more without feeling too bad about it

feel22 was fine overall, and I didn’t have any big issue using it. I paid with card and it worked, but I do wish there was a more payment choices at checkout. It felt little limited, especially if you don’t always want to use card. Not bad experience, just not the most convenient one.

They checked everything, kept me in the loop, and sorted it out without making it a whole complicated thing. It was simple, smooth, and way easier than I expected. Would definitely order again.
